|Patrons will be pleased to see how the menu incorporates an abundance of local, fresh ingredients such as fish specials bought from the local auction block at the pier, fresh produce such as Nalo Greens from Nalo Farms in Waimanalo and Aloha Tofu made in Honolulu by the Uyehara family for over 40 years. You hear “fresh and local” too commonly used but it is the real thing at Kakaako Kitchen.
Savory breakfast start the day at 8:00 a.m. along with Russell's signature coffee and followed by all day dining for lunch and dinner. Guests can dine in or take out.
Desserts are baked fresh daily in-house. The bread budding is a five-star winner and had been described as “absolute magic”!
We invite our guests to bring their own wine, champagne and beer with no corkage charge, seven days a week! Glasses are provided but guest must bring their own wine openers.
Kakaako Kitchen thinks “green”. All food containers are served in environmentally friendly, recyclable containers rather than Styrofoam boxes. We are doing our part to preserve our aina (land) each day.
